RedLight has an attractive ruby red color that leads into a complex caramel malty experience with hints of biscuit, nut, toffee, cherry/plum and distinct roasted notes from the chocolate malt.

1910 is amazingly light and smooth, sporting hints of coffee and a touch of dark chocolate in flavor. We accomplish this by cold steeping the dark malts for 24 hours prior to brewing and using Idaho grown pilsner malt as a base.

Classic Pale Ale has a medium malt body & light amber color, complemented by just the right amount of Idaho grown Cascade, and Idaho 7 hops. Hoppy, but pleasantly sessionable.

A light golden unfiltered wheat beer containing 40% white wheat malt. Low hopped, smooth and creamy to the palate with a slight fruity finish. Enjoy with a slice of lemon.

The combination of caramel and specialty malts, including Idaho grown pilsner malt. This provides a moderate body for the assertive hop flavor and aroma. This is delivered by the Columbus, Chinook and Cascade hops.
